Our Mission

Empower. Lead. Transform

EMPOWER – Technology is hugely empowering. Our core value is to empower young minds with creativity, logic and critical thinking.
“As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others” – Bill Gates

LEAD – Leadership needs to be inclusive. Our core value is to build technology leadership that not only yields fresh efficiencies but also builds equitable opportunities with creativity and ingenuity.
“A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus”- Martin Luther King Jr

TRANSFORM –Transform the technology landscape by bringing in diversity.
“Transformation means nothing of old should remain”- Sadhguru

Empower, Lead and Transform are the three pillars of coding made accessible. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization founded in 2020 to make coding accessible to all demographics irrespective of race, gender and economic status. We build accessible circles, raise funds, hold workshops and conduct coding sessions for students from elementary to high school.

Our Vision

Our future depends on robust scientific workforce. But due to lack of access to resources, minorities are underrepresented in these fields. Low income students are substantially underrepresented in technology. Whether its high school graduates or post-secondary graduates, reports show that low-income students are entering technology programs at a much lower rate than their high income counter parts.

We strive to ensure diversity in technology by making coding accessible to all. We hope to see that aspiring students from all population groups irrespective of race, gender and income barriers have fair and equitable opportunities in technology.
